Go to the Ohio!

My youngest brother Jesse decided to get married at the last minute, there was only a 2 week notice so I found a cheap ticket and only Ella and I flew to Ohio(she was free). She did pretty well on the flight, I did have to let her walk up and down the isle a couple of times luckily she is so darn cute so nobody seemed to mind. There were a lot of helpful people on the plane. I know most people see a baby getting on and say I hope that baby isn't sitting next to me, please don't let it be me! Oddly enough we sat next to men on all the flights and they we surprisedly very helpful.

The weather was beautiful compared to the snow that we had received the morning I left Utah, it was so nice spending time outside. The wedding actually went really well considering the allotted time to put it together. The day started out cold and extremely windy then the rain came for a while. My mom, my new sister in-law Cary and I braved the wind storm to go set up all the decorations for the wedding of which turned out very nicely. It was then time to go get Ella and our clothes. So I asked my brother Jesse to come with me to my sisters house. We were having a nice time talking when it was disrupted by two teenage boys driving in the lane just right of us and for some reason right then and there they decided to take a u-turn right in front of us. There was only a moment to slam on the brakes before we blowed right into the side of them. luckily no one was hurt, just really shaken up. My bother was really grateful that the airbags did not go off, he really didn't want to be all bruised up or have any broken teeth for his wedding a couple hours later. Then the power went out  an hour later, and their was more stress about getting all the food cooked for the reception. Despite the madness of the day the power came back on, the rain and wind stopped, and the sun came out to make a beautiful evening.

The rest of the trip went well. We spent almost every moment outside in the beautiful weather. Ella loved to just run and be free.

Everyone thought My sisters little boy and Ella were twins. They are just a few months apart.

Second Blog?

I have been thinking about starting a second blog, yes me, the one that hasn't posted in weeks. I want to start a sort of a journal of my past and the experiences that I have been through. I have been debating it for while now and not sure what to call it or what my first post should be. I have been through a lot in my not so long life and would hope that maybe sharing I could reach out to others. I hope for everyone who reads these glimpses into my life will learn something about me and also something about themselves.

Our little Craft

Zoe needed something for her wall over her bed. So we came up with this:

We found this metal wall decor at T.j. Max on clearance for $15.00.

Then I spray painted it white to match her room.( I know it looked cute as is too.)

Zoe and I put glue on the circles and then sprinkles (thats what she calls them) on top of the glue.

Here is the finished piece.

School

Starting school tomorrow. This semester should go much better as far as our schedule. I dropped a class so am now taking 3 classes which is 9 credits. Ed is also taking 9 credits plus an Aikido class (something to do with martial arts in a passive way, Whatever!) I will be attending school on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, YEA! I actually have a few days off  to stay home and get some things done around here. Last semester I went everyday and two nights a week, ugh. My school days will be long though, I will catch the bus at 8:00 am and will arrive back home at 4:30 pm. Then Ed will go on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays also riding the bus, this should help with gas usage.

The New Year Is Coming

Well I started a new blog hopefully this one won't get all screwed up.

Isn't it ironic New blog, New year, New age, New Tisa.
Almost 28 on the 4th of Jan. I know, I know it's not that old compared to all my friends that are oldies:)
Well coming up on a new year pretty much forces you to think about new goals and resolutions.
Every year is pretty much the same, lose weight, lose weight, oh and, lose weight!

Note to God: Why oh why couldn't you of made us all with perfectly gorgeous bodies or at least made us all fat and ugly then at least we wouldn't know the difference?

Maybe in a couple of days I will make my New year resolution list and will put something in there that I can actually accomplish. The New Year is Ed's favorite holiday. He loves Making his list, but that's pretty much what it is, just a list of things written on paper ( love you sugar pie!).

I think sometimes we make goals for ourselves that just remind us of how imperfect we really are (isn't that a little depressing?).
Well maybe that will be number one on my list, to like freak en new year resolutions this new year.

Note to self: Calm down!

I do have a lot to be grateful for though:
~I have a wonderful husband
~three beautiful smart children
~the gospel in my life
~a nice home on a mountain
~my youth;) (at least for now)
~good heath
~the opportunity to go to school
and
~large well proportioned breasts;)

-Until next time-
